This was the 2nd time I have used airssist and it is a must for starting your trip in a welcoming easy way! After a total of 32 hours of travel seeing airssist driver with my name on the sign once I got off the plane was wonderful. He carried my luggage, guided me through the process of getting my Visa On Arrival, helped me fill out customs form on my phone so I could pass through easy and after immigration he had contacted my driver and walked me to their car. Easy & Great VALUE!

We were changing planes in LHR on Sep 23, 2023. Roy was supposed to assist my wife to transfer from the arrival gate to the departure gate. However, things went terribly wrong, we missed our connection by 15 minutes, Roy went above and beyond, he helped us to get a hotel, so we were not stranded in the airport for the next 12 hours, without his help we won't be able to navigate the system with our limited knowledge of the English language. We hope that Roy will be recognized and rewarded for his dedication and attention to his clients.

Very convenient service for solo travelers to skip the long immigration queue

Excellent service. I was met as I left the plane and driven to the private lounge. Private passport control with no queue and then escorted to my vehicle onwards to the hotel. Highly recommended.

AirAssist is extremely competent and diligent. They are constantly in touch with the progress of a Meet & Greet, and even when some of their agents do not show up as expected they assume full responsability.
