First time using anything like this and I recommend them highly. Very professional and very nice Jean-Claude met us at our gate at CDG in Paris and got us through security, passport control and eventually to a different terminal. He even carried my wifes carry-on tote. He brought us past the line at security knowing we had less than an hour between flights. He got us to our gate in plenty of time. It was worth the piece of mind knowing I would have help getting us around CDG with such a short layover. Thanks Jean-Claude !!!
