Great service and a must at CDG. Very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. My flight was half hour late but no stress because I had Airssist. They were waiting for me at the end of the sky bridge with my name. Professional and personable, Adrian new exactly where to go. I just followed. Completely stress free. Made it to my gate and managed to stop and pick up something in the duty free. Will use again.

I was traveling with my baby from Athens to Zurich, and I booked the service to help me out with all the luggage and the baby things. It was a very wise choice. The check-in was very smooth, pleasant and fast. And for this I have to publicly thank Mr Vaggelis Blachos (Βαγγέλης Βλάχος), who was really helpful, friendly, proactive and very professional! There is nothing this gentlemen cannot do to assist and help his client! I feel obliged to this truly talented and communicative gentleman! I cannot recommend enough the service.
