I was traveling with my baby from Athens to Zurich, and I booked the service to help me out with all the luggage and the baby things. It was a very wise choice. The check-in was very smooth, pleasant and fast. And for this I have to publicly thank Mr Vaggelis Blachos (Βαγγέλης Βλάχος), who was really helpful, friendly, proactive and very professional! There is nothing this gentlemen cannot do to assist and help his client! I feel obliged to this truly talented and communicative gentleman! I cannot recommend enough the service. And if you happen to travel from or to Athens, ask for Mr Vaggelis Blachos in person!

I recently booked this service for my mother who was travelling to Australia from Dublin via Abu Dhabi. I found airssist to be extremely prompt in answering any queries and I had a lot as it’s my first time booking this type of service so I did not know what to expect. I would recommend that airssist make it clearer for departure services when service commences and how to pre arrange meeting times. My mother was very happy with the service and it really eased her nerves about flying on her own. Once in Abu Dhabi she was met straight off the plane and helped all the way to the boarding gate. She said she felt like a VIP! Will definitely use again thank you.
