Perfect transfer in Taipei!

My partner’s nephew is from Thailand and doesn’t speak or read any English. Because his trip to the USA was for the purpose of donating a kidney to his uncle, we had to be sure that his transit in Taipei went smoothly. The Airssist team was consistently terrific to work with. They responded quickly and professionally to every question and best of all the transfer went off without a hitch! They delivered 100%

I have used Air Assist a number of times and have had a great experience. With airport insanity around the world you never know what kind of a disaster you are walking into. I use Air Assist to insure my experience is seamless, that I get through security and customs without delay. There have been times when I have been escorted past hundreds of people waiting in line. It is at those times that I am very glad I have the service and the guide to facilitate my flight.

Great service and assistance for Family !

We booked the service with airssist for our whole family, and we are thankful that I have made a right choice by using their website. I travelled with a Senior Citizen and child, but airssist help me to have a hustle free journey and airport formalities not to mention that they have a team available 24/7 to answers all my questions. The gate assigned to our flight is quite too far, in this, the buggy did a great help to make it smoother. Airssist team did not promise the buggy as this is own by the airport authorities which we understood as they have explained it to us clearly, but they ensure that our request will be put on high priority and we got it during the service. We are amazed on their professionalism and great attention to our request. We’re glad to used their service and we will no longer travel without airssist assistance. Thank you airssist for the great help, will surely book again soon!!
