It was difficult, but I have seen with other files that they have improved themselves since then.

Submitted an urgent request on Oct 15 at 9:06am for Meet & Greet service at 10:10am (same day) at Heathrow and obtained an immediate response for assistance. By 9:50am they had been able to assign a greater to assist given very short layover between two international flights.

We were changing planes in LHR on Sep 23, 2023. Roy was supposed to assist my wife to transfer from the arrival gate to the departure gate. However, things went terribly wrong, we missed our connection by 15 minutes, Roy went above and beyond, he helped us to get a hotel, so we were not stranded in the airport for the next 12 hours, without his help we won’t be able to navigate the system with our limited knowledge of the English language. We hope that Roy will be recognized and rewarded for his dedication and attention to his clients.
