First and foremost I have to say that I owe a great gratitude to the airssist. I have to say one big THANK YOU for what have this company, and their professional employees did for me and my family, they have helped me when we truly needed them the most. I needed an assistance for my brother, who is 30+, to transfer him from Hanoi (Vietnam), to Belgrade (Serbia). He traveled Hanoi-Dubai-Bucharest-Belgrade. He didn’t have any medical condition, but he needed to be escorted, otherwise, I believe that he would not bee able to make it on his own. The airssist has provide us with an escort on each airport, their staff has been more than professional and helpful. On the arrival at the airport, where he was escorted by his friends, my brother has met with the person who airssist organised. They have had a paper with his name on it, and it was easy for him to recognise them. The airssist employees have been updated me with every step, the moment they have met with my brother, and the moment when they have escorted him to the right gate, which made me feel relaxed. Even more, he has had the access to the lounge at the Dubai airport, due to the long layout between two flights. The price is more than reasonable, I have payed an additional fee of 50% of total amount because I have requested the assistance less than 24h. Quite frankly, I have requested it 11h, before his trip, and the airssist was still able to provide me with their assistance. It was very easy to communicate with the employees. We have communicated both, via emails and via phone calls. He was even offered a foot massage at the Dubai airport which was complementary. I didn’t expect that at all, it was a very pleasant surprise, and I find it very nice. It was a 19h+ long flight, and with the help of the airssist my brother is now safe home, with my family. Thank you once again for your support and professionalism.
