I was traveling from Dubai International Airport during the peak season, and all my friends were talking about their struggles and the long waiting hours at the airport at that time — the crowds, the delays, and missing flights.
I was considering whether to cancel the trip or find a solution, as I never wanted to wait in long queues or deal with the travel stress that no one wishes for.
I decided to use the airport lounge to avoid the crowds, so I researched the best DXB Airport Concierge Company and found that airssist was rated as the best and had an excellent reputation.
I emailed them, and they responded in a few seconds! I was impressed by the speed of their reply. The team was very kind and responsive.
They offered the meet and greet service at the airport, which includes access to the airport lounge, personalized assistance, and fast-track service.
I went to the airport, and a personal greeter was waiting at the entrance, holding a sign with my name. He took my bags, and we entered the airport together. He was very kind and helpful. The check-in queue was long, but we didn’t have to wait in it since we had fast-track access. We went to a lane where we were the only ones and completed the check-in process in less than a minute. We also used the fast track for the security line, with zero waiting time.
Then the greeter escorted me to the luxurious lounge, he told me that he will come back to take me when the boarding starts.
The lounge was very beautiful. The decoration is very welcoming and there was seats, and comfy sofas with a good privacy.
I had some work and calls to wrap up, so I headed to the workstations and spent some time there. The space was well-equipped with chargers, comfy desks, and reliable Wi-Fi. It was quiet and designed perfectly for business travelers. I enjoyed my coffee, finished my emails and calls, and even met some new people—one of whom is now a client! On top of all the luxury and great experience, the networking was definitely the cherry on top.
After that, I headed to the complimentary buffet, where I picked some food and drinks. Everything looked fresh & delicious! I had a steak with salad, which was absolutely amazing, and then enjoyed a Chocolate Fudge Cake for dessert. By the way, there was a huge bar with every drink option you could imagine.
The lounge had a very nice spa, to be honest I didn’t want to use the spa because I wanted to take a nap on the comfy couches instead in the remaining time before the flight. However, I was curious to have a look at the spa to keep it in mind for my next trip. It was the perfect place to unwind before my flight, very clean with a peaceful atmosphere, soothing music. You will find the Spa at the left behind the reception counter.
I made my way to the seating area and decided to take a nap on one of the couches. It was incredibly relaxing, and I had a perfect view. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the seating was so comfortable that I easily drifted off. I stayed there, enjoying the calm environment, until the greeter came to escort me to the gate.
Guess what, we didn’t have to walk all the way to the gate, as a buggy took us there! That was another story hehe, no long walking distance or running required anymore…Honestly speaking the only thing I was thinking of is that I wanted to try driving it.
It was an amazing experience that I truly enjoyed, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling. From the moment I arrived, it felt like the journey had already begun, making the airport experience feel as luxurious and seamless as the rest of the trip. The level of service was five-star all the way, and it’s definitely something I’d suggest trying on every trip. It really takes the stress out of travel and adds a touch of comfort that you didn’t even know you needed. Thank you, airssist, for making my travel experience so memorable!
