I used airssist to assist me through Jakarta airport on my way from Sydney to Bali in October 2020. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. We corresponded several times before my travel to ensure all the required paperwork was in place. Their rep met me at the arrival concourse and stayed with me till I entered the airbridge for my domestic flight to Bali.
