I travelled from San Francisco to Paris with my border collie dog in the hold. The service from Airassist was awesome, from start to finish. Booking the service was easy and smooth. But most importantly, the service I received when I landed at CDG was exceptional. My greeter was very professional, very friendly and very helpful with getting my dog’s crate and my luggage from the terminal to my waiting car. I highly recommend this service.

Amazing service !! I tested several other airport assistance service and so far airssist has my preference. All these companies work with the same vendors in the airports so what differenciates them is not the airport service itself but the communication and organization part. airssist was prompt and accurate in responding to my requests and questions and their web interface for managing booking is very convenient
