Luis was amazing. He greeted my sister at the gate. She has never traveled internationally. He helped her fill out her customs form. She was made to take a COVID test because she was 1 hour over the 48 hour limit. He took care of everything else while she was being tested and then stayed with her until the results were in. He stayed in contact with us the whole time and delivered her and her luggage to our vehicle. He made what could have been a very stressful event for her a seamless event

Ab dem Verlassen des Flugzeuges in Johannesburg wurde mein Sohn bis zum Weiterflug nach Port Elizabeth begleitet. Ihm wurde beim einchecken super geholfen. We have used other airport concierge services in the past when traveling in busy airports and foreign countries. Airssist was by far the most professional and responsive company. They answered the many questions that we had and provided a superior level of service. Made things very easy for us in the airport and went above and beyond to make the air travel experience as easy as possible during this difficult time to travel. We felt as if their prices were very reasonable and less than other agencies given the high level of service provided. They also coordinated very well our transfers between airport and hotel. Their communication is excellent through their easy to use app and their chat portal. Can’t say enough good things about them and we will definitely use Airssist every time we travel.
