I was traveling with my baby from Athens to Zurich, and I booked the service to help me out with all the luggage and the baby things. It was a very wise choice. The check-in was very smooth, pleasant and fast. And for this I have to publicly thank Mr Vaggelis Blachos (Βαγγέλης Βλάχος), who was really helpful, friendly, proactive and very professional! There is nothing this gentlemen cannot do to assist and help his client! I feel obliged to this truly talented and communicative gentleman! I cannot recommend enough the service. a very pleasant experience. greeter went above and beyond my expectations helping my elderly father who arrived at Toronto Pearson airport last week. Greeter met him right off the aircraft and was with him until she handed my dad over to me. she made the whole experience very smooth. she was in touch with me and updated me after the completion of each step.
