This is the second time I have used airssist to meet our family members at the gate when they arrive at PTY. Both times we have had Luis as our greeter. He has made everyone’s first time to Panama a stress free and an enjoyable experience. All we have to do is go to the parking lot and wait for Luis to call us. I can’t say enough about how much of a great representative of your company he is. I hope he is there again in August when more family arrives to visit our coffee farm in Alto Quiel.
