I recently booked this service for my mother who was travelling to Australia from Dublin via Abu Dhabi. I found Airssist to be extremely prompt in answering any queries and I had a lot as it’s my first time booking this type of service so I did not know what to expect. I would recommend that Airssist make it clearer for departure services when service commences and how to pre arrange meeting times. My mother was very happy with the service and it really eased her nerves about flying on her own. Once in Abu Dhabi she was met straight off the plane and helped all the way to the boarding gate. She said she felt like a VIP! Will definitely use again thank you.
