Great service and a must at CDG. Very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. My flight was half hour late but no stress because I had airssist. They were waiting for me at the end of the sky bridge with my name. Professional and personable, Adrian new exactly where to go. I just followed. Completely stress free. Made it to my gate and managed to stop and pick up something in the duty free. Will use again.
