Amazing service !! I tested several other airport assistance service and so far airssist has my preference. All these companies work with the same vendors in the airports so what differenciates them is not the airport service itself but the communication and organization part. airssist was prompt and accurate in responding to my requests and questions and their web interface for managing booking is very convenient

This was the 2nd time I have used Air Assist and it is a must for starting your trip in a welcoming easy way! After a total of 32 hours of travel seeing Air Assist driver with my name on the sign once I got off the plane was wonderful. He carried my luggage, guided me through the process of getting my Visa On Arrival, helped me fill out customs form on my phone so I could pass through easy and after immigration he had contacted my driver and walked me to their car. It was SO EASY!
