“We were changing planes in LHR on Sep 23, 2023. Roy was supposed to assist my wife to transfer from the arrival gate to the departure gate. However, things went terribly wrong, we missed our connection by 15 minutes, Roy went above and beyond, he helped us to get a hotel, so we were not stranded in the airport for the next 12 hours, without his help we won’t be able to navigate the system with our limited knowledge of the English language.
