EMAAR Construction to Develop the Airport 

EMAAR construction of Dubai, famous for buildings like Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall has signed a Dh40.5bn deal to develop the airport . The agreement was signed during a state visit by UAE Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed to China. 10% of the Beijing Daxing International Airport will be developed by Emaar Properties. This will include residential and leisure facilities in the Aero-Economic Area of the new Beijing airport. 

Location of the airport 

Beijing Daxing International Airport is located 46 km south of Tiananmen square. The new airport is situated on the border of Langfang and Beijing, in Hebei Province.
