Add the gift owner/receiver email address and your contact details.
Proceed with payment.
A confirmation email will be sent to you.
An email will be sent to the gift owner including the gift card with a customized promo code to use for redeeming the gift.
Gift Owner will need to follow the instructions in the email: Sign in/up -> add the promo code -> then the gift card amount will be added to the account wallet and can be used when booking the service on airssist.com.
When booking the service on airssist.com you need to know that: If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid.
If your purchase is less than the gift card's value, the balance amount will remain in your wallet ond can be used for future bookings.

Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorized activity, immediately report this to concierge@airssist.com and ask them to deactivate the card code.
The Gift voucher can't be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
The Gift voucher amount can be used for booking the service globally where the service is available.
Code/Gift Card can be used by one user only.
If the user is interested in a specific airport, it's preferable to contact our concierge team and check availability of service in the needed airport before buying the voucher, as vouchers can't be refunded in cases when service can't be booked due to lack of availability, but still can be used for other airports/services.
