I want to cancel my booking

If you contact us more than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the airssist Service, we will refund the full booking fee. But if you contact us less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the airssist Service or “no shows,” you will not receive any refund.

How will I be refunded?

If your change/cancellation ends in a refund, it will be credited to the credit card used to pay for the booking fee.

I want to amend my booking

You can make amendments to your booking any time you want. If there is a change in the price, you’ll be debited or credited, accordingly.

Amendments, made less than 48 hours of commencement of the airssist Service or any amendments to bookings for more than four (4) people, are subject to availability and confirmation by our supplier, and may incur additional fees.

Kindly note, we reserve the right to charge the additional fee if any, to the amended booking. The additional fee will be charged by our customer service team, at the time of receiving the request for booking changes by telephone or any other means as we deem reasonable in the circumstances.

Can I transfer my booking?

Bookings are not transferable under any situation. A booking made under the name of one person cannot be used by another person. Your airssist Services is only valid for the date and time confirmed in the final booking confirmation.
